All RMS services are charged at $90.00 per hour plus expenses with no mark-up. The major expenses are for purchase of aerial photograph contact prints and enlargements needed for trials, hearings and arbitrations.

There is no set fee other than an hourly rate for the services we provide due to the varying circumstances and complexity of each case. However, with years of experience under our belt, we can promise that all cases will be handled in the most timely and efficient manner possible.
